No. We also have a condo in Santa Fe, New Mexico and a house on the Outer Banks of North Carolina in Duck.
Are you available during our stay?
Yes. Although we do not live on site, we make sure that you can reach us or someone one site who is part of our team. You can reach out 24/7.
Are your properties pet friendly?
Unfortunately, most are not. Because our properties are located in neighborhood communities and resorts, the building management does not allow pets.

Familia Wynne is WINNING for best hosts!! The townhouse in Santa Fe is amazing! The beds are suoer comfy. It felt like being home with all the extra towels and fully equipped kitchen. Fell in love with the property The check in process was very easy! The decor was so beautiful. The beds were super comfy and the patio is outstanding! We had everything we needed and you can tell the owners put so much love into creating such a warm cozy and inviting place to stay! They had gorgeous fiesta ware dishes as well as the wine, margartia and other glassware one could want. Paper towels, cofee filters and more were fully stocked and I couldn't have thought of anything else we may have needed. We will definitely stay here again and just fell in love with the property! Highly recommend!!!!!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. One of the best parts of this place is how conveniently located it is to the Breckenridge Ski Resort. The free bus is down the road and is only one stop away. The second best part is the responsiveness of the hostess. She was friendly and responsive. Also, it was well stocked with bathroom toiletries, seasoning, laundry detergent, other kitchen supplies, etc. Be prepared that this is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, which is difficult when taking the luggage up and down. We had some challenges getting inside on arrival, but the hostess resolved the issues promptly.
