Unfortunately, most are not. Because our properties are located in neighborhood communities and resorts, the building management does not allow pets.

This Santa Fe condo is 10/10. It’s a beautifully decorated gem that comfortably sleeps 4, A-plus up/down A/C, and a kitchen that actually has everything you need. The kids called the place "legit cracked," which I think means pretty good. Highly recommend for anyone looking to jump-start family time without stressing over the pantry or entertainment setup! We'll be back.

Anja's home in Santa Fe was a lovely and comfortable home-away-from-home! The space is warm and charming and we loved being so close to the downtown area. The amenities were great and Anja was very easy to get ahold of. I will mention if you are planning on working during your stay or need to rely on wifi we found that it worked best upstairs and on the balcony but was spotty in the downstairs area. We would definitely stay here again on our return to Santa Fe!

Four of us stayed at Anja's condo. While the entire condo complex is large, it was mostly quiet (except for a wedding party one night), and didn't seem too full. The location is great-- easily walkable to downtown Santa Fe (though uphill on the way home) and just a short drive to great hiking. It is also right across the street from Fort Marcy, which is a beautiful view of the city and for sunrise-sunset. The outside area of the condo is lovely, and the pool was a nice addition. The condo was clean and comfortable; there are enough kitchen supplies that we were able to cook a nice dinner there one evening. Great to have an upper porch to hang out on too. The wifi is not strong and was often spotty-- we figured this is due to there being so many individual wifi networks within the entire building but not entirely sure.

Beautiful place. Quiet and private. Decor very aesthetically pleasing. Host very responsive. I gave host feedback about the comfort of master bed (requires step stool to get in) and couch/bed in living room (needs a mattress topper for comfort) These are the issues that kept my review from being 5 star. Otherwise I would recommend this place without exception. It's the nicest vacation rental I've stayed in. We enjoyed the pool and spa nearly every morning. Happy Travels MBH

Fell in love with the property The check in process was very easy! The decor was so beautiful. The beds were super comfy and the patio is outstanding! We had everything we needed and you can tell the owners put so much love into creating such a warm cozy and inviting place to stay! They had gorgeous fiesta ware dishes as well as the wine, margartia and other glassware one could want. Paper towels, cofee filters and more were fully stocked and I couldn't have thought of anything else we may have needed. We will definitely stay here again and just fell in love with the property! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. One of the best parts of this place is how conveniently located it is to the Breckenridge Ski Resort. The free bus is down the road and is only one stop away. The second best part is the responsiveness of the hostess. She was friendly and responsive. Also, it was well stocked with bathroom toiletries, seasoning, laundry detergent, other kitchen supplies, etc. Be prepared that this is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, which is difficult when taking the luggage up and down. We had some challenges getting inside on arrival, but the hostess resolved the issues promptly.

Great Ski-in & Out with a rental ski shop at the bottom of building and lockers for skis. Nice relaxing Spa with indoor jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, cold plunge, that only allows 21 and up, which is nice because often in ski resorts the hottubs and pool areas are loud, full of kids and teenagers (during Christmas and Spring breaks..) The property is huge so long to navigate though. Nice balcony and views on the mountains and lifts. Unit sparkles new .

The place was great. Great location. You definitely need to reserve/rent in advance. We did a walk in for Breck sports ski rentals and the wait was horrendous. We also didn’t use the shuttle to town, because when we tried to get one it was over a 40 min wait. The movie theater was amazing, the hot tubs and pool were fun, the staff is friendly, the parking is convenient, the skiing was awesome…all in all a wonderful spring break.

Close access to all the fun things of Breckenridge--skiing, eating, shopping (be sure to take the gondola from the ski resort just up the road to the base--BEAUTIFUL ride!) with a shuttle that stops just across from the condo. We stayed with another couple and the accommodations were perfect for two couples with modern amenities. Would stay again Wi-Fi was not available upon arrival. however we had very prompt fix by maintenance. The unit was very comfortable. The location was an easy walk to the square. There is an uphill climb to return back to the unit from the square, comfortable shoes recommended. Views were great with a nearby hiking trail. Very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Best Stay in Santa Fe This was the best value and cutest condo ever! Super comfortable beds gorgeous kitchen and beautiful property. The kitchen was fully stocked with fiesta ware dishes and papertowels coffee filters plus sugar and sugar alternatives. The pool and spa sadly were closed for re-roofing but it was the perfect place to stay for 4 adults. I highly recommend picking unit #40. It has the perfect Santa Fe feel.

Great location on Peak 8. We were able to walk right out our building and grab our skis and walk right to the lifts for a fun day. Incredible view of the mountains. Also easy access to Main Street you go by Gondola or by the free shuttle service provided by Peak 8 Grand Colorado. We will definitely be using this as our go to, for our trips to Breckenridge.

The location is A+ and when we arrived I really had a hard time determining if it had been stayed in before…it was that pristine. Anja was a great host and responded super fast whenever I had questions. This really is a perfect place for two to three guests. I brought my daughter to Breck for a competition and having never been to the town or resort before I was not sure where to stay. I feel like we got super lucky choosing Anna’s place.
